This week I was searching my photo folders and came across my parents trip to the Holy Land last year. There are plenty of critters over there, so here they are! (and my Mom who rode one!)Notice the pageant/parade wave she has going! ;)

Good for your mom! She's a brave one. Camels are really tall.
Don't worry. My ant creatures disappeared as quickly as they came. No more.

Now that is truly an amazing once-in-a-lifetime experience.

I did notice the wave! She definitely should win the Miss Camel Rider. What? There's not one? There should be! She looks like a pro up there.

Love the pictures and love the post...

but I am absolutely crazy about your new blog look and the header! Except you have given me the 'need-to-see-them-in-concert-AGAIN' itch really bad... Here's a coincidence - I just put a new ringtone on my phone on Thursday for when my husband calls me - It plays "It's My Life" ;-)

Great photos! I don't know if I'd be brave enough to ride a camel.

Your mum is very brave! I remember that as a child, when we were on a voyage from Indonesia to Holland, we stopped in Port Said, where we went on a camel tour. I was afraid at the moment our camel got up: first the hind legs then the frontlegs.

now that is a neat shot and too funny about the wave, but what a brave soul she is for getting on it in the first place

WOW! I don't think I want to ride one of those things either! Too much like a horse, my own beloved psychological fear!

Everyone's allowed one or two of these fears!

I HATE HORSES!
